Location: Mishawaka Historical Museum. 121 S Main Street - Directions.
Tickets: $3 per adult. Ages 17 & under are FREE to attend.
Come out & enjoy a walking tour of historic Downtown Mishawaka Pete De Kever, historian laureate for the City of Mishawaka.
In the tour, you'll explore the history and architecture of buildings past and present.
Historic sites and landmarks to be discussed include:
- Hotel Mishawaka
- Phoenix Building
- Temple Theater
- Schuyler Rose Building
- Bonnie Doon / interurban depot
The tour will begin at 7 pm Wednesday July 23rd, outside of the Mishawaka Historical Museum and will last until approximately 8:30 p.m.
The tour will be entirely outdoors and will travel on sidewalks in downtown. We recommend bringing sturdy walking shoes, a sun hat, sunscreen, & plenty of water to drink.
