Refund policy

If your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or refund you for most items.  As a small family owned business, there are some return guidelines and restrictions. 

Email us at hello@indianarugco.com to request a return/exchange authorization.  Within 30 days we will exchange or refund original payment methods, after 30 days you can exchange (if item is available) or get store credit for the amount of the purchase.  After 60 days your order will be handled on a case by case basis by our Customer Service.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with standard returns and exchanges. 

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will cover return shipping and replace the item promptly.

We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet the following standards. 


ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

All clothing must be returned unsoiled (no makeup residue), undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached. Gift / products must be returned in their original box. Return Shipping fees are not refunded. We will pay to ship exchanges back to you.

    All refunds and exchanges will be processed 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting the items.

        Returns and exchanges will be processed Monday - Friday.  Any return or exchange requests made on the weekends will be responded to within 1-3 business days.
