All of our inlaid area rugs are warranted against defects in fabrication. Due to the nature of our fabrication process, we rarely have issues with our inlaid area rugs. Please reach out to us if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding how to care for your rug, as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Normal wear & tear and improper use, storage, or cleaning of our inlaid area rugs resulting with an issue is not covered by our policy. Please refer to our Cleaning & Care Instructions to properly maintain your area rug.
