Exquisite Seasoning from The Spice House
The grandparents of our founder emigrated to America from Ukraine. After falling in love, they realized they'd grown up 20 miles apart in the old country. They created this blend from the flavors and scents of the dishes they grew up eating. A family favorite was chicken neck soup. This seasoning is also good on baked or fried chicken.

Named in honor of the home country of the family that would go on to open The Spice House; Ukrainian Village seasoning is good on just about any style of chicken. Shake it on before baking, or mix 2 tablespoons per cup of flour for dredging chicken before frying. Good for almost any type of vegetable, eggs, hamburgers, popcorn, or french fries. Make stale bread into seasoned croutons by cutting it into cubes, tossing in a little oil and then Ukrainian Village Seasoning and baking at 350 degrees until toasted (5-10 minutes). Handcrafted from Kosher Salt, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and black pepper.
