Our Spanish Smoked Sweet Paprika is also known as Pimenton de la Vera Dulce. It’s a popular ingredient in many Mediterranean recipes, and essential for authentic Spanish cooking.
The peppers are dried slowly over an oak burning fire for several weeks for a sweet, rich, smoky flavor. This smoked paprika is excellent on grilled veggies, seafood, crispy potatoes, spinach and chickpea stew or bean dishes.
For a fun summer treat, mix smoked paprika, salt, and a little vanilla into butter and spread on corn on the cob before grilling.
