Ranch dressing always tastes better fresh. Mix a tablespoon or two of this Buttermilk Ranch mix to yogurt, sour cream, or a combination of both. Shake. Abracadabra: you have a delectable, and pourable, salad dressing.

This salad dressing base allows the user to have better control over the fat and calorie content of buttermilk ranch as well as be preservative free. To make two cups of dressing, mix 1-2 tablespoons dressing base with 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise. In addition, this ranch seasoning is tasty sprinkled on cooked vegetables. Try tossing some of the powder on diced baked potatoes and roasted chicken. This ranch mix contains: Tellicherry black pepper, kosher flake salt, granulated garlic and onion, msg, minced green onion, red and green bell pepper bits. This blend was previously called 'Buttermilk Dressing Base.'
