Steven and Natalie met at a Labor Day barbecue where the featured meat was Texas-style brisket. The two sat next two each other, devouring brisket and talking, which led to the couple falling in love. When they got married, they gave out jars of this beef brisket rub at their wedding party. Since then it’s become a staple for amazing brisket; it’s also fantastic on pork chops, ribs, chicken and even hamburgers. This rub is mixed from cane sugar, brown sugar, Hungarian sweet paprika, salt, ancho chile, Tellicherry pepper, Worcestershire powder, cayenne, celery seed, garlic, New Mexican chiles, coriander, green onion, citric acid and mesquite smoke powder. Contains silicon dioxcide and maltodextrin-a corn product.
